We aim to provide your rebate by 29 February 2024.
Your Warm Home Discount rebate will be credited directly to your account if you have a credit meter. Once this has been applied, it will show on your next bill. You'll also be able to view this via your online account. Log into MyAccount or register now - it only takes a few minutes.
If you're a prepayment customer, you'll receive a voucher in the post and instructions on redeeming it. Please note that you can only redeem the voucher at the Post Office. Find the nearest Post Office to you.
Smart Pay As You Go meter
If you're a smart Pay As You Go customer, the rebate will be credited directly to your electricity meter. You'll receive confirmation that this has been completed. You'll also be able to view this in your online account. Log into MyAccount or register now - it only takes a few minutes.
